EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, payments will be reimbursed as required by applicable law. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received back or evidence of return is provided where the law permits.
RETURNING THE GOODS
Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date withdrawal is communicated, unless collection has been offered.
Unless otherwise required by law, the consumer bears the direct cost of return shipping.
EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases established by law, including certain goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS
Withdrawal rights are separate from statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming goods.
