You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

2. PREPARE THE PACKAGEPack the product correctly.
3. SHIP THE PACKAGEWe will indicate the return address.
4. REFUNDOnce received, we will process the refund.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product, return it and place a new order for the correct reference.
Important: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the order has been sent incorrectly.
