These Terms & Conditions apply to online purchases made through the Silicon Performance website. Mandatory consumer rights remain fully applicable.

Product pages describe the main characteristics, compatible applications and, where applicable, OEM references. Customers should verify the vehicle, engine, year and original part reference before ordering.

Prices and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Shipping charges are displayed before the order is submitted. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Before submitting an order, the customer can review products, quantities, billing and shipping information, price and delivery options. After submission, an electronic confirmation is sent to the email address provided.

Some products may be available from stock while others are manufactured or supplied to order. Estimated production or dispatch times may be displayed or communicated.

A product being made after an order is placed does not automatically remove consumer withdrawal rights. The statutory exception applies only where legal requirements for custom-made or clearly personalised goods are actually met.
